At Assetunica S.A.S. we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Assetunica S.A.S., CUIT 30-71789456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at contacto@assetunica.com for any query regarding this policy.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, we record limited technical data (IP address, device type, browser language) for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to: (a) send you information on real estate crowdlending investment opportunities; (b) reply to inquiries; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations; (d) produce internal statistics. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects without your consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your free, express and informed consent, given when submitting the subscription form, in accordance with Section 5 of Law 25.326. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Data retention
We will retain your data for as long as your subscription remains active or until you request its deletion. Once the purpose has expired, the data will be blocked and deleted within reasonable terms, except where legal retention obligations apply.
6. Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except for technical service providers (email delivery, hosting) acting as data processors under contract and confidentiality obligations. We do not transfer data internationally to countries lacking adequate protection without your express consent.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion (ARCO) of your data by emailing contacto@assetunica.com stating your full name and the right you wish to exercise. You may also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), supervisory body of Law 25.326.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or unlawful processing. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our practices. The current version will always be available on this page with its last updated date.
